New York Health and Hospitals Corporation, New York, NY
Behavioral Health Content Specialist
for electronic medical records project. Developed behavioral health content, constructed data dictionaries and facilitated domain work groups with New York Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) and Misys Healthcare Medical Software System. Project developed set of compliant common data elements for collection of behavioral health information across 7 hospital systems. Emphasis on discrete data, compliance and reporting needs of the system.

Resources for Recovery National Project Office, Columbus, OH
Project Evaluator
for Robert Wood Johnson $3 million grant designed to expand alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment in 15 states. Developed evaluation plan with qualitative and quantitative components & tracked states progress.

Department of Mental Health, Washington, DC
HIPAA Project Team Trainer
-Developed training materials, slides and planned/conducted training for department-wide staff. Assisted with Policy/procedure manual. Wrote HIPAA update articles for DMH newsletter.

Ohio Department of Mental Health, Columbus, OH:
Consultant
-Worked with Revenue Maximization team to conduct analysis of current state of revenue cycle for the ODMH inpatient psychiatric facilities. Conducted interviews, compiled data, and provided future state-IPPS.
